Getting Started with onView

onView Setup Checklist

  Use the Menu (top left) to change Language if required.

onView Web App

To set up your organisation and manage your Intelligent Furniture devices using the onView web app follow these steps:

  Register your Organisation and onView Administrator by completing the Registration Form.

  Sign In using the activation email sent to your onView Administrator.

  Explore the Menu and Filter bar options and locate the Support section. (An Administrator or IT Support user login is required to view most of the Support information).

  Connect all your onView devices to 2.4GHz WiFi using the WiFi & Cloud Connection Guide (Admin or IT Support role login required to view).

  Add Locations to define your organisation's Building, Floor and Room hierarchy.

  Add Users to enable others to utilise the onView Web Console and Mobile App.

  Familiarise yourself with Device Views and Actions.

  Consider setting up Schedules to control power and charging times (or utilise the Green Charge options).

  Investigate the use of Rules to create automatic notifications and actions.

Please note that a WiFi & zioxi Cloud connection for each device is required in order for us to be able to provide warranty and support.

Each onView device has a number of setting options and a set of local controls using the device screen and buttons. Product guides for the different device types can be found by following the links below. You will need to sign in to onView to view these guides.

In order to have complete control of your onView devices, the devices need to be connected to WiFi and setup within your own organisation. See the onView Web App section above.

And don't forget that editing all the settings and adding schedules can be done in one go across all your devices (of the same Product Type) using Bulk Edit available from the Bulk Actions dropdown on the web app Device views.
